South African Princess Launches Event Planning company

South African Princess Tirelo Molotlegi of the Royal Bafokeng nation has launched an exclusive event planning, interior decor and bespoke travel business called Party & Lifestyle Confidential.

Tirelo studied hotel management in Switzerland and has travelled widely in Europe and beyond. She has worked at the Palace at Sun City, the Park Hyatt and the Michelangelo, as well as at an event management company. The biggest event she has planned to date has been the enthronement of her brother, King Leruo Molotlegi.

She brings this wealth of experience and knowledge of a cross-section of cultures – from Afropolitan sass to European chic – to Party & Lifestyle Confidential, which is being positioned as a one-stop shop offering a range of upmarket services.

“People are realising that they don’t have to stick to the same old concepts when it comes to planning functions such as weddings, garden parties and cocktail parties,” she says. “We want to convince them that they needn’t settle for anything less than the extraordinary.”

Her exclusive private functions include luxurious food and gorgeous floral and decor styling “which is exciting and elegant without being fussy”, with meticulous attention paid to detail. The intention is to take the hassle out of event planning for professionals who are time-constrained but still love to entertain, be it in the comfort of their own home or at an outside venue.
Tirelo also offers personal gift shopping for those extra-special occasions. “This is aimed at especially men who don’t have time to shop,” she quips. “We’ll add that feminine touch to gift selection and will deliver it exquisitely wrapped – making them look really good to their loved ones! Flowers are great, but you can definitely go a bit further when it comes to making thoughtful gift selections.” The princess is not all about glamour, she works with childreans charities and has her helicopter license!
