Austrian Embassy Parties at Moloko

When I heard that the Austrian Embassy was throwing a party at Moloko I was sceptical. The invite however painted a different picture and when I entered the club and was welcomed with a glass of vodka and the bull stuff I was like the Austrians must not kid around. I love open bars but why were we served cake and chicken?! I wonder fried...chicken at that. Ja...

As usual Tha Hustler had to get acquainted and familiarise himself with the surroundings. Bumped into a few celebs or should I say personalities, Kamza IV League, DJ Zintle, Dionne Song of Jenerik Soulz, Phila Mazibuko and Sunshine from Metro FM. This was one of those nights were nothing scandalous was going on as we called the shots at the bar with DJ C- Live and Sergy Popov of Austrian origin keeping us on the dance floor.

By the time the trio of hotness,Tansey Coetzee, Lady aka Nizreen and their friend rocked up, "I was lekker" to use a South African term.
What's with designer Gert Johannes Coetzee formerly of DFC? Just the day before, I met him for the first time and he said he hadn't seen me in a while. The very next day, he repeats the "I haven't seen you in while" line, AGAIN? Alzheimers kicking in there, boet? He makes beautiful dresses, let’s hope he'll make money as I heard a few people saying they are wearing a GJC (A Gert Johannes Coetzee). Because celebrities barely buy, do they?. Endorsement they call it.

It was a bit of a designer paradise with Craig Jacobs of Funduzi in the hizza. Beatmaker was roaming around with some Ghanaian guy by the name of Ashanti. What business are you two into now? I can’t believe you guys finished two bottles of Hennessey VSOP?! Ok I left with the second bottle so I guess I shouldn’t judge.

I met DJ Zinhle, finally, she was hanging with Kelly Khumalo’s manager Linda Moeketsi, I wonder how the mother to be is doing. Everyone seems to be getting introduced by their twitter names nowadays. I like the Austrian ambassador whoever she is. She parties like crazy and is free spirited. Nzinga was also there wearing a nice little blue number and some comfortable flats and 5FM Fix smelled good when she finally rocked up (yes I hugged her). Another late comer was Kaos and DJ Mamba. 01H30 on a Thursday bafowethu? *SMH* Needless to say I left quite late and very tipsy....Awesome time really. The night was thoroughly enjoyed! Thanks for the invites!
