Clinique hosted a cosy affair in Sandton City to present their latest promotion with Nkhensani Nkosi’s Stoned Cherrie. The cosmetic brand gave their consumers and industry folk the opportunity to meet Nkhensani and have their Stoned Cherrie designer clutch bags autographed by the stylish founder and designer. Amongst the crowd of beautiful ladies were Bianca Le Grange, Liezel Van der Westhuizen, Glamour Magazine’s Noni Gasa, publicists Farah Fortune, Melanie Ramjee. Janine Jellars and journalists Gilda van Schalkwyk and Mokgadi Seabi were also in the mix. The do felt more like a tea party with the ladies catching up and agreeing to give each other a “heads up” when either of them will be using their bags. Clinique is giving away the clutch bags when you spend R850 or more exclusively at Edgars and Red Square outlets. Consumers also received the opportunity to have make- overs and receive skin tips from Clinique experts. The brand’s PR manager Natasha Bennett made a great effort to engage with the crowd that had come in support while 5fm’s super cool Poppy Ntshongwana played tunes in the background. The atmosphere at Sandton City was a pleasant one for a Friday afternoon and it didn’t take long before we all had to go our separate ways to round up our working week.
