"I am Woman" lifestyle extravaganza

Thought24 magazines will host what they are calling the biggest women’s event in South Africa – the “I Am Woman” Lifestyle Extravaganza Thought24 magazines – TRUE LOVE, TRUE LOVE BRIDE, Real, Move! and Move! BestParent will host the the “I Am Woman” Lifestyle Extravaganza, in association with Sofn’ Free Healthi Living, and supported by Standard Bank, on Saturday, 2 October 2010 at the Sandton Convention Centre. “I Am Woman will be the biggest event that Thought24’s brands have showcased to date,” says Jonathan Harris, Thought24 CEO and publisher. “Set in a dynamic, mixed concert and EXPO-style format, leading fashion, beauty, food and lifestyle brands will be able to engage with more than 2 000 readers who will explore and experience these brands in a unique setting,” says Harris. The day will be filled with fabulous beauty pamper sessions from the best in the South African beauty industry, hot fashion runway shows and cooking demonstrations. Trevor Noah will entertain readers, and there will be live performances from the local hip hop and rap sensation HHP, the fabulous trio Malaika, gospel sensation Sechaba, and the internationally acclaimed Drum Café.

Tickets to the show cost R375 and include a meal. They can be purchased from Computicket. The event starts at 09h30 and ends at 17h30
